From March 25 to 28, 2025, Synter had the privilege of participating in yet another edition of Construsul BC—the Construction and Finishing Industry Trade Show—held at Expocentro in Balneário Camboriú. This event, which has established itself as one of the most important in the industry, provided a great opportunity to strengthen our ties with our customers and partners, as well as to showcase our latest innovations in security and access control solutions.
Construsul BC 2025 exceeded all expectations, reflecting the growth and importance of the construction industry in Brazil. With a significant increase over the previous edition, the trade show featured approximately 15,000 square meters of exhibition space, bringing together about 200 exhibiting companies from eight different Brazilian states.
During the four-day event, we were pleased to welcome a diverse audience to our booth, including construction professionals, engineers, architects, and representatives from various companies in the industry. It was a valuable opportunity to discuss market needs, share experiences, and strengthen partnerships that are important for the continued development of solutions that meet safety and practicality requirements.
Market Differentials
At our booth, visitors were able to get an up-close look at the innovations Synter has brought to the market, including our digital locks and Synter Access, a comprehensive platform that enables the integrated and remote management and control of multiple devices. In addition, we offered interactive experiences, such as hands-on demonstrations of our products, allowing participants to experience firsthand the efficiency and technology embedded in our solutions.

In addition to showcasing new products, Construsul BC represented a strategic opportunity for Synter to reinforce the new phase the company has been undergoing. As engineer Joacirton Rosso, the company’s founder, points out.
“The trade show served as a way for us to present and share information with our customers about the transition the company has been undergoing—from the world we used to live in, which was the mechanical world, to the world of software. We demonstrated this to our customers, showing that the company is committed to innovation and is always striving to improve even further. The trade show allows us to do this, and it also brings us closer to customers with greater potential, who begin to view Synter in a new light,” he emphasizes.
According to Joacirton, participation in Construsul BC 2025 reinforced Synter’s commitment to always staying close to its customers and keeping abreast of market trends.
“We believe that events like this are important for strengthening the industry and building a future where technology and security go hand in hand, creating safer and more connected environments. We would like to express our deep gratitude to everyone who visited us during the trade show. It was a great pleasure to share this moment with you, hear your opinions, and present our latest innovations. The interaction and feedback we received fuel our continued innovation and our commitment to offering products that truly make a difference in people’s daily lives,” says the engineer.

We at Synter remain committed to developing solutions that combine technology, security, and design, always with the goal of meeting and exceeding the expectations of our customers and partners. Thank you, ConstruSul BC.
