Synter’s journey began in Forquilhinha, Santa Catarina, when Engineer Joacirton Rosso founded the company with the purpose of creating durable products for civil construction. From the start, our commitment was to transform high-quality raw materials such as brass and steel, with stainless steel becoming the heart of our production. The following two decades were marked by refinement and expansion of sales throughout Brazil.
By this year, we were recognized as one of the few Brazilian industries producing complete residential locks. From machine development to cylinder and finishing manufacturing, we began controlling every stage of the production process.
At the same time, we noticed a technological shift that could impact the lock market.
This decade was marked by a digital wave across multiple sectors. We understood that physical keys were about to be transformed. We launched the Synter Digital line, introducing innovative solutions such as password, biometric, and card access. Despite the challenges of working with new materials, we maintained our brand essence: durability and resistance, combined with the practicality of technology.
The year 2020, full of challenges, fueled Synter to deliver even more security and modernity to customers. Amid the pandemic, the digital market accelerated, connecting people even more through smartphones.
We began developing our own mobile technology—100% Brazilian programming—to serve our main clients.
After extensive studies and testing, we launched Synter Smart, our first app for digital locks, making our products even more sophisticated and modern. Remote unlocking became a reality with 100% Brazilian technology. Digital invitations, access control, and security notifications were integrated into Synter products.
The international market also brought innovation in access solutions to Brazil, but with challenges such as language barriers, translations, import processes, customer service, and specialized technical support. To address this, we created an intuitive, easy-to-install solution with personalized service focused on each client’s challenges.
Our evolution led to Synter Access, a complete platform for managing multiple devices that connects security, practicality, and cutting-edge technology. With a team focused on customer experience, our vision for the future is flexibility—optimizing our technology at market speed.
